Low Embodied Carbon Concrete Leadership Act
PHA-HV is a proud signatory of the Low Embodied Carbon Concrete Act being championed by the Open Air Collective. This bill would introduce a new low carbon emissions standard for concrete procurement by New York State public agencies and departments.
